Real praise for such an excellent match for Freiburg against Hoffenheim.
Exciting until the last minute.
The only people who weren’t worthy of the match were the refereeing team.
The disadvantages in this SCF game were due to blatantly wrong decisions.
A stolen goal for offside that wasn’t offside would have been the advantage.
The penalty certainly would not have been awarded with VAR.
The 3:3 equalizer in extra time (allegedly handball) has not yet been proven.
There was no evidence of handball in the broadcast replays.
If journalists talk about bad decisions, there is ultimately a lucky winner.
find.
The DFB should consider whether to use VAR for the U19s in the final.
So this game would have definitely ended differently.
The penalty that made it 1-0 for Freiburg was ridiculous. The replay with the back goal camera clearly shows the handball. It is therefore right that the objective was not set. It was also communicated to Sky that the hand was on the ball.
Did you have your own rear camera that showed this clearly? According to Sky replays, no handball is really visible. When I look at it again, I think I saw it too. But it’s certainly a difficult decision. Overall, the refereeing team seemed overwhelmed. I only saw extra time so I can’t say anything about the other goals, but the referee was quite annoyed with the Hoffenheim team. If the goalkeeper intentionally goes five meters too far after the 3-3 has not been given, and then shows surprise that the handball is not on the 16 and then takes all the time in the world, I just have to show some YELLOW. The penalty for Hoffenheim? Too bad. Yilmaz is completely overmotivated, but Moerstedt seeks contact unilaterally and, in my opinion, comes from him. Is it a mistake then? Difficult.
The fact that TSG players demonstratively run towards the SC fans to celebrate after every goal is not the best thing to have. But of course it’s also stupid if you don’t have your own fans. Where should you go then?
