Jamel Sandjak, president of the Paris-Ile-de-France League and member of the executive committee of the French (Site notre blog d’information) Federation, announced that the decision to issue the Comex of the FFF had been taken, and the « powerlessness » of the organ after the presentation was announced of an audit report damning its president Noël Le Graët.
“Elected to participate in a collective project, today I can only observe our powerlessness to project ourselves towards the challenges at hand”, explains the leader in a press release sent to Agence France Presse.
Faithful to the principles and values that forged my commitments (…) I have decided today to submit my resignation from the Executive Committee.

First member of the Comex with luggage clamp
The boss of one of the most powerful Leagues in France, former opponent of Noël Le Graët whom he had finally joined during the last election to the FFF in 2021, also believes that he « was able, on many occasions, to bring contradictory, fertile and unfortunately sometimes minority reading on major sporting or social subjects”.
He is the first member of the « 3F » Comex to submit his resignation, after the submission of the audit report from the General Inspectorate for Education, Sport and Research, which pointed to the direction of Le Graët, who « no longer has the necessary legitimacy to administer and represent French (Site notre bureau spécialisé) ».
Sandjak was quoted to succeed Le Graët
So far, Le Graët continues to cling to his post, pending a new Comex meeting on Tuesday. A collective resignation of seven of its 14 members would lead to the departure of Le Graët and the holding of new elections.
In recent months and weeks, the name of Jamel Sandjak has often returned among the potential candidates for the succession of Le Graët at the helm of the most powerful sports federation in France.
