Coach Antonio Di Salvo’s team is among the title contenders in the final from June 11 to 28.
The English, who scored the most goals in qualifying, are Germany’s toughest opponents in the group stage. This is their tenth consecutive appearance in the final. The top two teams from each of the four preliminary round groups reach the quarter-finals. Depending on the DFB team’s ranking, it would be against the first or second team in Group A. This could be Italy, Romania, Slovakia or Spain.
