More than five days after the disturbances that occurred during the match between Olympique de Marseille and Olympique Lyonnais, Pablo Longoria spoke at length about the violence which has affected (Site notre bureau spécialisé) in recent years.
Last season, the LFP Disciplinary Commission decided to bring the match back to Marseille, to the public, who have no proof of OL, who will return to Provence after the blessing of Fabio Grosso’s grave.

Asked by CMRPablo Longoria gave his opinion, refusing to engage in a war between the two clubs: “What happened is unacceptable. This is something that has crossed many boundaries. This is a discussion that we cannot personalize into a battle between Olympique de Marseille and Olympique Lyonnais, because that would remain pointless quarrels.“, explains the Spanish conductor.
“Let everyone assume their responsibilities”
He goes on to say: “This is why I consider that with each incident in French (Site notre bureau spécialisé), regardless of the city or the team, I feel it as if it were in Marseille or at Olympique de Marseille.», confides Pablo Longoria. “ There are problems with violence and security in stadiums. It is necessary that you assume these responsibilities. The person who emerges with very strong leadership to solve these types of problems. This is a crucial issue for all clubs. This is not a battle between OM and OL, it is a battle that we must fight all the clubs together (…) These people are not supporters of OM, they are not have no place in today’s society. And as a club, regardless of their role in these kinds of home or away events, we must do what we can to avoid being associated with these people. They have no place, neither in society nor at Olympique de Marseille.»
For the moment, no strong measure has been taken, either by the institutions or by the clubs themselves.
